1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of autumn.versiagarden.co and its checkout, and any purchase made through them. By accessing or ordering, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products
We sell flower and vegetable seed packs (including promotional giveaway packs where you pay only shipping and handling), gardening kits and related digital guides. Product images are representative. Natural variation in colour, size, and shape is expected and does not constitute a defect. Germination depends on growing conditions and correct sowing; see our germination guarantee in the Refund Policy.
4. Ordering and Payment
By ordering you confirm: you are 18+ or have parental consent, information provided is accurate, you authorise the payment charge. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices but not on placed orders. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
5. Optional Memberships
Some products may be offered as an optional recurring membership. The price, billing frequency and any free-trial period are always shown before you confirm your purchase. You can cancel at any time, with effect on future billing cycles, by emailing info@versiagarden.co with the email address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already made, except where required by law.
Versia Seed Club. When it is offered, you may choose to join the Versia Seed Club. Membership entitles you to a new pack of seeds each billing period: you select the varieties in the Versia app and we post them to the address on your order. Membership also includes the Versia app itself — day-by-day growing tasks, plant diagnosis by photo and our gardeners' community.
Joining is optional and does not change the amount you pay for your order. In our Autumn Sowing Giveaway the seed pack is free (you pay only shipping and handling) whether or not you join. Where a free trial applies, membership renews automatically when the trial ends at the price and billing frequency shown next to the Seed Club option before you confirm — until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in one tap in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged. Trial length, recurring price and billing frequency are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, videos, course materials) is property of Versia Garden. No reproduction without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, postal strikes, customs delays, government actions).
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. For customers resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply where they provide greater protection — nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

13. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Changes posted with updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
