1. Where We Ship
This store (the Autumn Sowing Giveaway) ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard UK delivery: 5–8 business days. Shipping & handling £6.95.
- Orders that include the Complete Autumn Kit: 5–8 business days. FREE shipping.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. How We Ship Live Plants
Plants are shipped directly from our partner nursery in custom-designed, secure packaging:
- Plants placed horizontally in long rectangular boxes.
- Corrugated cardboard dividers hold each pot securely.
- Foliage wrapped in clear protective plastic.
- Care instruction card included with every order.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a link to follow your order status once dispatched. Promotional seed packs (such as the Autumn Sowing Giveaway) are free — the shipping and handling fee shown at checkout covers packing and postage, and is charged once per pack.
5. Following Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to follow its status. If you have not received this email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@versiagarden.co.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes on arrival in the United Kingdom — these are the customer's responsibility.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact info@versiagarden.co. We will investigate within 48 hours. If returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
